It's pretty hard to not offer training.

Since our career experience has been in corporate manufacturing (versus the computer world), we have a very real sense of what it takes to use the computer to make your job life easier.

One problem with computer training is the format of the training.  For a trainer to make any money at it, you need to be able to train multiple people at a time, to make it worth while.  Why? Because the everyday person doesn't want to spend $500 for a days worth of training when they just need to know one particular skill.  So the training is only $50 (that's more palatable to most people) except that it costs more than $50 to put on a $50 class, when you consider creating content, advertising and so forth.  So, computer training is usually done in groups.

Group computer training creates it's own problem.  If five people sign up for a computer class, all five will have different a level of experience.  Even a "beginners" class can put some people to sleep and fly right over the heads of others.
